This is a 19" wide twin to the 4C22 Rustic linen line.

Woven out of the same size thread and with the same thread density this IL084 is just woven to be narrow. That means less cutting time for you and you can get to the fun part of using your linen items sooner.

At a heavier weight of 7.1 ounces a square yard this 100% linen is referred to as Rustic due to its more textured look and feel. Durable and perfect for projects that require just a bit more substance.

Yarn Dyed fabrics are made using threads that are dyed separately before being woven. This allows for a larger variety of patterns and designs that stand out from the base fabric color. Design created exclusively for F|S.

Narrow width cloth is great for:

  • Shopping bags
  • Purses
  • Placemats
  • Runners
  • Decorative pillows
  • Kitchen towels
  • Appliance covers
  • Potholders
  • Cushions

The cloth is Softened so we have added a softener to give it a silkier hand. The fabric has not been laundered so shrinkage will still have to be taken into consideration (shrinkage depends on fabric weave and laundering method).

Would love to do curtains out of this rose stripe. I do not want to piece 19in panels. Are there any options?

I'm looking for linen wider than 60 inches. Because I really don't want to piece this tablecloth....

Hello, Please search for our IL098 Loire which is 61" wide, and lovely for a tablecloth.

LOVE your linen, and love hand embroidery. And.....I have a passion for dish towels.

Here is a close up of the top stitching. I am also making sets of the towels/coasters and napkins as gifts for my sister and a few friends. This fabric is just the HAPPIEST of colors and they make me smile every time I look at them!

My fabric was the inspiration for the acrylic glasses I found and bought to match! We have a tiny guest house on our property with a water view that we are designing and building out now (was an old workshop). I want it to be fresh & FUN! These colors are FABULOUS as is the fabric! These are the dish towels (still working on the yellow ones). I used the selvage for the sides and sewed the top stitch on each end at 1/2". Fringed the ends. I also made 5-1/4" coasters. Sewed 2 pieces of 5-1/4" square linen pieces together with a different color on each side. Top stitched 1/4" all around and fringed all 4 sides. Will make placemats from solid color (unselected at this point) and make 4 side fringed napkins from striped linen to match. Will post coasters and napkins later as they are not with me now.

I bought 3 yards of 7 of the colors and made 4 hands towels each. This will make beautiful gifts and liven up my own kitchen. I love the colors. Like Juicy Fruit Gum. I did not pre wash as it wasn't going to make a difference. I cut 27" widths and surged and turned the ends. I left the salvage on. Quick and easy. The towels dry so fast you really don't have to put them in the dryer. Even in humid south Florida. Posted by Joyce
