5 Sweet Craft Ideas for Valentine’s Day!

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and what better time is there to make a craft for that special someone? Or, better yet, just make one for yourself!

Here are some 5 sweet linen craft ideas that are full of love.

Japanese Kanzashi Flowers:

Instead of the typical bouquet of flowers, why not try making these adorable Japanese Kanzashi Flowers?  They can be used for accessories or just as beautiful decorations.  They are surprisingly easy to make and are a unique way to show your love.

Colorful Linen Flowers:

Another great flower idea was featured in our New Colors in Bloom  post.  For a beautiful table setting, spread these flowers around your dinnerware for a burst of color.  The best part is- these flowers won’t wilt. So you can use them again and again!

Heart Hot Pad:

Things are likely to get heated up on this day of love.  Make a DIY Heart Hot Pad so you can turn up the heat without scorching any fingers.

Heart Pincushion:

Get pricked by cupid’s bow and not your needles.  Stick all the stray pins and needles in an adorable  Heart Pincushion.  This alternatively can serve as a nice voodoo project if Valentine’s Day isn’t going well this year. One craft- two great options!

Hanging Linen Hearts:

These gorgeous Linen Hearts were featured on our blog around the holidays, but I think they can be enjoyed anytime of the year! Why not fill one with some scented potpourri to hang in a room?  They make a great gift for friends and family!
